Saad is a Senior Associate at the Litigation Department in Al Tamimi & Company, Bahrain office. He is a qualified Bahraini (bilingual) lawyer before the courts in Bahrain as well as the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) and he is a qualified sole mediator. He has assisted clients in litigation and generally in dispute resolution matters and has acted on a number of occasions as corporate legal counsel for key clients.

Saad also advises and represents high profile clients in various fields such as commercial, civil, criminal and labour disputes and acted for a range of corporate and investment banking clients. Saad also acted as counsel in a number of arbitration disputes before GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre and the BCDR.
