Payal Jain is a Paralegal at HAS Law Firm, where she plays an integral role in the DIFC, ADGM, and International Arbitration Department. Payal holds an LLB Honors Law degree with First Class Honors from Middlesex University Dubai. Her academic achievements reflect her dedication and strong foundation in legal principles, which she continues to build on through her practical experience.

Payal supports complex commercial, employment, regulatory, shareholder, and debt recovery disputes before the DIFC and ADGM Courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Her work includes drafting pleadings and submissions, conducting legal research, preparing court and arbitration filings, assisting with case strategy, supporting enforcement actions, and preparation of DIFC Wills. She works closely with the team on both procedural and substantive aspects of high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
