Mostafa Benawy is a Legal and Corporate Affairs professional and a multidisciplinary researcher in law and economics. He holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from Universität Hamburg, a Master’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University, and a Master’s degree in Private Law from Ain Shams University. He is currently a PhD candidate in Commercial Law at Ain Shams University.
He is the Legal & Corporate Affairs Manager at Al Ahly Capital Tamkeen, a leading non-banking financial services provider in Egypt. His academic and professional work focuses on financial regulation, enforcement efficiency, contractual compliance, and the economic analysis of legal frameworks in Egypt.
His research integrates theoretical legal analysis with empirical quantitative methods, aiming to support evidence-based regulatory reform and enhance the stability of commercial and financial transactions.
