Mennatullah joined ADSERO - Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2019. She has more than 4 years of experience in the fields of corporate and commercial, TMT and M&As with top tier law firms.

Prior to joining Adsero, Mennatullah started her career at top tier local law firm where she focused on commercial practice. Mennatullah was seconded to Amazon's legal team in Egypt where she acted as in-house counsel advising on all matters of Egyptian law, including contract drafting, negotiations, employment, TMT matters, direct interaction with governmental authorities and advising on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.

Mennatullah was also involved in the drafting of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and its Executive Regulations and the Egyptian E-Transactions Law.

Mennatullah's global exposure was further polished through her enrollment to Slaughter and May's EXPOLRE Placement Program for associates in London.
