Marina is an associate within the TMT department with a primary focus on media, fintech and data privacy matters.

Her understanding of the intersection between law and technology, allows her to offer tailored and strategic advice that addresses local and global trends as well as addressing the nuances of the local regulatory landscape.

Marina advises local and international entities involved in technology and media including e-commerce platforms, media content producers and regulated financial platforms. Her expertise also extends to advising on consumer protection, advertising guidelines and data protection legislation.

Prior to joining BSA Law, Marina had both private practice and in-house experience having worked at a regional law firm in Beirut, as well as an international investment bank in Paris.”
