Prior to founding AX Law, Karim led the Saudi Arabia legal practice of a leading international law firm and previously established the CorpTech practice at a major global firm in the Middle East. He also held senior in-house legal roles at Cisco Systems and Cisco Capital across the MEA region.

Karim regularly contributes to regional and international legal publications on corporate governance, technology regulation, digital transformation, and emerging regulatory frameworks in the Middle East.
