Florian is a German-qualified lawyer with experience in corporate, commercial, and M&A matters in both Germany and the UAE. His practice includes advising clients on company formations, share transfers, joint ventures, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and cross-border structuring across various UAE jurisdictions.

He studied law in Germany and completed his legal traineeship in both Germany and Dubai, gaining exposure to international commercial and transactional work across different legal systems.

Before joining Fichte & Co. in October 2025, Florian worked with international law firms in Germany and Dubai, supporting corporate and M&A teams on transactions as well as on day-to-day advisory matters.

Florian is currently pursuing a PhD in law, focusing on the intersection of subcontractor law and supply chain regulation.
