Amer is an assistant professor at Birmingham School of Law (Dubai). He teaches International Arbitration, International Oil and Gas Law and International Construction Law. Amer is also a registered lawyer with the Beirut Bar Association and he has been in the legal profession since 2009. He is experienced in advising and representing both national and international clients before both state and arbitration bodies, in domestic, regional and international disputes, under various governing laws.
Amer is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
