Bader Alqellaish is the founder and Managing Partner of Wefaq Law Firm. He is licensed to practise before the Kuwait Court of Cassation and Constitutional Court and is registered as a foreign lawyer with the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales. He also serves as external counsel to multinational companies and government entities operating in Kuwait. Bader contributes to LexisNexis Middle East, and his legal publications have appeared locally and internationally. He was shortlisted for the LexisNexis Rule of Law Award and for Managing Partner of the Year at the 2026 Middle East Legal Awards. Wefaq Law Firm was also shortlisted for Law Firm of the Year in Kuwait and across the GCC. In addition, he has delivered legal training programmes to a range of government and private-sector organisations. His practice covers corporate and commercial law, employment and labour law, commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property, and trademark registration. He has particular experience advising clients in the public relations and advertising sector.
