Asees Jasmine Kaur is the founder of her own international arbitration practice, based in Bengaluru, India.
Asees advises clients on international arbitration, cross-border disputes, and commercial matters. She has extensive experience in arbitrations, drafting and negotiation, infrastructure project disputes, and strategic litigation. Her practice also encompasses DIFC and SIAC-seated proceedings, award enforcement strategies, and jurisdictional challenges.
Asees is admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi (2016) with a focus on international arbitration and commercial litigation. Prior to establishing her practice, Asees worked at Ernst & Young (Indirect Tax advisory), Khaitan & Co., Chambers of Senior Advocate Pinky Anand, and as Law Clerk to Hon'ble Justice Hemant Gupta at the Supreme Court of India.
