Amr Reda Abdullatif is a Regional Legal Counsel at Hassan Allam Holding and a prominent figure in the MENA legal sector, specialising in construction law, cross-border infrastructure, and corporate compliance. With a focus on the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, Amr advises on high-stakes Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, FIDIC-based agreements, and complex dispute avoidance mechanisms.

Amr has played a pivotal role in delivering legal frameworks for some of the region's most transformative projects. His recent achievements include negotiating and executing Design & Build contracts for the Hafeet Rail project, where he successfully mitigated risk through enhanced indemnity and performance-security provisions. He was instrumental in formulating specialised contracts for the high-speed electric train project connecting Oman and the UAE, harmonising legal provisions across jurisdictions to ensure seamless execution and regulatory compliance.
