İsmet Bozoğlu is a Partner at the Hergüner Bilgen Üçer Attorney Partnership where he is among the leaders in the firm's Corporate Support practice group. İsmet specializes in guiding Turkish subsidiaries of global corporations through complicated patchworks of compliance requirements. He has specific expertise in the maritime and aviation industries, but also continues to provide operational support to clients in a range of other industries such as healthcare, medical device, food and beverage, telecommunications, and publishing industries. He is a member of the International Law Institute (ILI) Istanbul Chapter and the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey. İsmet has also authored several articles in relation to corporate law, and dispute resolution, and aviation law.
